Angelina Dunn, Dunn Document Services

About

Prepared, professional, and glad to be here.

Angelina Dunn is the notary behind Dunn Document Services. She started the business because she believed there was room in the OKC market for a signing agent who takes the work seriously, not just technically, but in the way she shows up to every appointment: on time, organized, patient with signers, and easy to work with for the title companies and attorneys coordinating the closing.

She holds NNA certification, LSS certification, and carries $1M errors and omissions insurance, because the people she works with deserve that level of professional commitment. Whether it's a first-time homebuyer, a family navigating estate documents, or an escrow officer who needs a reliable agent on speed dial, Angelina brings the same care and precision every time.

Dunn Document Services serves the full OKC metro, including Edmond, Norman, Yukon, Mustang, Moore, Midwest City, and surrounding communities, with mobile appointments and remote online notarization available for clients who cannot or prefer not to travel.

Practical information about notary services, loan signings, and document preparation, written for clients and title company professionals in the OKC area.

General notary questions

A notary public is a state-commissioned official authorized to verify the identity of signers, witness signatures, and apply an official seal to documents. Notarization confirms that the person signing is who they say they are and that they signed willingly. It does not mean the notary has reviewed the document for legal accuracy.
A valid, current, government-issued photo ID. Make sure your document is unsigned before the appointment. Most notarizations require you to sign in front of the notary, so signing in advance may invalidate the notarization.
Dunn Document Services can notarize most documents that require an Oklahoma notarization. Notaries cannot notarize a document in which they have a personal financial interest. If you have a question about a specific document, reach out before booking.
Same-day and next-day appointments are often available. Use the booking page to see current availability. For urgent requests, call or text 918.636.6968 directly.

Loan signings

A loan signing agent is a notary public who specializes in mortgage and real estate closing documents. Dunn Document Services holds NNA certification and LSS certification specifically for this work.
Yes. Scan-backs are always included for direct title company clients at no additional charge.
Reach out directly by phone, text, or email. A fee schedule is available on request. Dunn Document Services welcomes direct placement inquiries from escrow officers and closing coordinators throughout the OKC metro.

Remote online notarization

Yes. Oklahoma authorized RON in 2019. A RON notarization carries the same legal weight as an in-person notarization and is accepted by most lenders, title companies, courts, and government agencies.
A device with a working camera and microphone, a reliable internet connection, and a valid government-issued photo ID. No special software needs to be installed. Instructions are sent with your booking confirmation.
Yes. RON services through Dunn Document Services are available to US citizens and residents located overseas. If you're abroad and need a document notarized under Oklahoma authority, reach out at 918.636.6968 or use the contact form to discuss your situation before booking.

Estate Planning

Getting Estate Documents Notarized in OKC: A Simple Guide

Common estate planning documents that require notarization, how to coordinate with your attorney, and what to do if a family member cannot travel to a notary.

What to Bring to Any Notary Appointment

  • A valid, current, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport)
  • Your document, unsigned
  • Any co-signers who need to be present, each with their own valid ID
  • Payment if required for your appointment type

How to Prepare for a Loan Signing

  • Have your government-issued photo ID ready
  • Do not sign any documents before the signing agent arrives
  • Set aside 45 to 90 minutes depending on the loan type
  • Review your closing disclosure in advance so the numbers are not a surprise
  • If something looks wrong in the documents, say so before signing

What a Notary Can and Cannot Do

A notary can verify your identity, witness your signature, and apply an official seal to your document. A notary cannot give legal advice, review your document for errors, tell you whether you should sign, or draft legal documents. If you have questions about the content of a document, consult an attorney before your appointment.

How to Prepare for a RON Appointment

  • Test your camera and microphone before the appointment time
  • Have your government-issued photo ID within reach to hold up to the camera
  • Be in a quiet, well-lit location
  • Have your document ready but unsigned
  • Check your email for the session link sent with your booking confirmation

Signing at a Hospital or Care Facility: What to Know

Mobile notary appointments at hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities are available throughout the OKC metro. When booking, note the facility name, address, and room or unit number if known. If the signer requires special accommodations or has limited capacity to communicate, let us know in advance so the appointment can be handled appropriately. A valid ID is still required.
